WE CAN HELP
We are experts in optimizing mental and physical performance with a focus on using sleep and biological rhythms to improve and enhance recovery. Our approach is a combination of education, assessment, and custom strategies to address real-world problems.
It all starts with education. Understanding how sleep and recovery work, and how to optimize mental and physical performance is an important first step. We offer fun presentations, informative and useful workshops, Q&A sessions, and both printed and interactive materials. These can be targeted to individuals, teams, groups, and leadership.
Work smarter. Whether it's using surveys, qualitative interviews, or innovative tracking technology, we can provide the insights you need to understand what is needed and how those needs should be met. We can assess sleep problems and disorders, barriers to sleep and recovery, culture and environment, and more.
We are sleep and performance experts. Whether you want to fix sleep problems, stay up-to-date on sleep tech, connect to care for sleep / wake disorders, optimize schedules, collect and use sleep tracking data, provide virtual consultation sessions, or develop strategies for implementation, we can help. We solve problems for individuals and organizations.
